  • Q) How does a real estate agent get started using EDGE Listing Pro?

    We have put together a quick start guide to get you moving quickly;

  • Q) How long do the sites and features take to create?

    The sites, tours and flyers are ready instantly. Depending on the number of videos currently in queue, the video rendering process can take between 10 minutes and 24 hours.

  • Q) I take live video, why do I need your video slide show?
    In the Real Estate Syndication game more is better. When there are two videos pointing to the same property, that is two more chances to come out on top in the search engines. We have found that having two videos can sometimes boost a listings position on search to the top of Google. Keep taking videos, use EDGE Listing Pro and let the two videos fight it out. Whichever video wins, you win.
  • Q) How do I create a EDGE Listing Pro listing from an existing MLS listing?
    From your control panel, click on enter listing by MLS link. Then simply enter in the unique MLS number and zip code, verify listing info and primary photo. Don't forget to click the enable button as soon as the listing is ready to be published throughout our network.
  • Q) How do I create a EDGE Listing Pro listing from a FSBO?
    From your control panel, simply click the "Add Listing Manually" link and enter the listing information and upload the photos. Don't forget to click the enable button as soon as the listing is ready to be published throughout our network.
  • Q) Why do I need EDGE Listing Pro?
    To get more exposure, and a higher page rank on Google / Bing for all of your current listings when they are searched for by address.
  • Q) How does using EDGE Listing Pro get me more buyers?
    By using all the built in tools, including the Craigslist ad html and the other html flyers to market your listings, plus dominating the first page results for Google and many Video Sites your listings gain increased exposure. Additionally, every page has a "contact us" form that will generate an email to you with name, phone, and email address of interested buyers.
  • Q) How do buyers find my mobile site?
    Our sites detect the mobile browser automatically and redirect to the users home page.
  • Q) Can my Broker or I get in trouble with my MLS for using your product?
    No. We have signed VOW and IDX contracts with listing suppliers and are using them appropriately as deemed by the NAR. Your Broker is predominantly featured in the MLS listing and you have the option of adding that information into your profile. Make sure that you never import a listing into your EDGE Listing Pro control panel that is not your own.
  • Q) Who do I contact for support issues?
    EDGE Listing Pro is a software as a service product and we pride ourselves on answering all questions promptly.
